1. Select Engineering complaints from the Complaints tab.

2. For Adding a New Engineering Complaint, Click on "New".

3. After clicking on New, the Complaints page reverts to the Equipments webpage where the complaint has to be filed equipment-wise.

4. Click on Complaints from the bottom tab and fill in the complain form details.

5. Click on Add.
